The building was built in 2001 on 8.9 acres of land and features 25’ clear ceilings, 50’ x 52’ column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, 13 exterior loading docks, trailer parking and approximately 110 parking spaces.

60,000 square feet of space is available for lease with units from approximately 10,000 – 50,000 square feet. Venture One intends to refresh the vacant spaces by renovating the office, installing new energy efficient lighting, and painting.

Brian Vanosky and Tim McCahill of Lee and Associates have been hired to market the building for lease for Venture One.
