Rosemont, IL – August 29, 2023 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 66,440 square foot industrial building located at 6565 Howard Street in Niles, Illinois. The building is 100% leased to Avery Dennison Corporation.

The building was constructed in 1964 and sits on 3.53-acres of land. It features 20’ clear height, 5 docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 109 cars and 17,581 square feet of office space.
