Rosemont, IL – Jan 25, 2024 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of an 83,500 square foot, 2-building industrial portfolio located at 4110-4120 Enterprise Avenue in Naples, Florida. The portfolio is well located within Naples’ premier submarket – East Naples.

The multi-tenant buildings were constructed in 2000 and sit on 5.0 acres of land. The properties feature 18’ clear height, a high percentage of fully air-conditioned units, a wet sprinkler system and 58 drive-in doors.
