Rosemont, IL – December 2, 2024 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 49,640 square foot industrial building located at 431 Kingston Court in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.
The building was constructed in 2002 and sits on 1.70-acres of land. It features 24’ clear height, 2 exterior docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for over 50 cars, and is fully air-conditioned.
