Rosemont, IL – December 14, 2021 – Venture One Real Estate (“Venture One”) announces the acquisition of 264 acres and the commencement of two industrial facilities totaling approximately 1.8 million square feet in Huntley, Illinois.
The parcel was acquired on a speculative basis and will be the home to two new state-of-the-art ecommerce logistics facilities.

Phase I is a 629,186 square-foot industrial development for an undisclosed user located at 11500 Freeman Rd. The building features 132 loading docks and parking for 1,046 cars and 720 trailers and is scheduled to be complete during Q2 2022.

Phase II is a 1,160,150 square-foot facility for an undisclosed user located at 11400 Venture Court. The building features 156 truck doors and parking for 643 cars and 358 trailers and is schedule to be complete during Q3 2022.

Venture One was represented by Brian Kling of Colliers International in the transaction and Ryan Companies is acting as the general contractor.
