Rosemont, IL- September 10, 2015 – Venture One Real Estate (“Venture One”) announced today that Ryan Stoller has joined the company as a Principal of the firm.
As a Principal at Venture One, Ryan Stoller will share in responsibility of identification, negotiation and execution of perspective investment and development transactions in the Chicago market as well as lead Venture One’s expansion into other markets.

Prior to joining Venture One, Ryan served as a Senior Vice President for KTR Capital Partners where he was responsible for all investment activity in the Midwest Region. Ryan joined KTR in 2007 and was part of an investment team responsible for the acquisition of over 70 million square feet of industrial real estate resulting in the successful sale to Prologis for $5.9B in June 2015. Prior to joining KTR, Ryan also spent time at First Industrial Realty Trust and the Trammell Crow Company. Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Emory University.
