ROSEMONT, IL – August 14, 2024 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 12,983-square-foot repair building located at 4601 Tripp Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The property was vacant at the time of acquisition.

The single-tenant repair building sits on 0.82-acres of land. The building features eight 13’ x 15’ drive-in doors, floor drains with a triple catch basin, and four exhaust fans. Venture One’s plan is to make ready improvements that include, office renovations, bathroom upgrades, and energy-efficient warehouse lighting.

Doug Altenberger and Mark Baumhart of NAI Hiffman represented the Seller in the transaction. Packy Doyle, Doug Altenberger and Mark Baumhart will market the property for Venture One.
