Rosemont, IL – September 12, 2023 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 37,601 square foot industrial building located at 744 Oaklawn Avenue in Elmhurst, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.

The building was constructed in 1969 and sits on 1.72-acres of land. It features 18’ clear height, 2 docks, 2 drive-in doors and parking for 45 cars.
