Rosemont, IL – August 23, 2022 –Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 59,150 square-foot industrial building located at 955 Lively Boulevard in Wood Dale, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.

The building was constructed in 1974 and sits on 2.20-acres of land. It features 3 docks, 3 drive-in doors, 18’ clear height, parking for 60 cars, and 5,180 square feet of office space.
