Rosemont, IL – May 31, 2023 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of 5115 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, Florida, a 61,950 square foot industrial building located in the Pinellas County submarket of Tampa. The acquisition is Venture One’s first building acquisition in the Florida market and is a long-term sale-leaseback.

The building was constructed in 1975 and sits on an oversized 5.7-acre lot. The property is fully air conditioned and features 4 exterior docks, parking for 115 cars, and a backup generator.
