The portfolio is situated in the coveted DuPage County O’Hare submarket of Chicago.

656-720 County Line Road is a three-building 88,741 square foot multi-tenant portfolio that was constructed in 1991. The 18’ clear buildings are demised into 10 units and are fully sprinklered. Each unit is equipped with a dock and a drive-in door and existing office.
