Rosemont, IL – May 17, 2023 – Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 404,953 square foot, 2-building industrial portfolio located at 1909 Waukegan Road and 1585 Lakeside Drive in Waukegan, Illinois. The portfolio is located in the Amhurst Lake Business Park. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.

1909 Waukegan Road is a 271,476 square foot industrial building which was constructed in 2003. The 31’ clear, precast building is equipped with 20 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system and 14,497 SF of office.

1585 Lakeside Drive is a 133,477 square foot industrial building which was constructed in 2004. The 35’ clear, precast building is equipped with 21 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system and 5,004 SF of office.
