Matt Goode is the Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Venture One. Matt is responsible for sourcing new industrial acquisitions as well as portfolio leasing and management. He has led the company’s successful fund platform which has invested six discretionary funds and includes multiple institutional joint ventures. Prior to joining Venture One he worked in the development group at First Industrial Realty Trust where he was part of a team that completed over 10 million square feet of development projects in the central region.

He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Deerfield Youth Baseball Organization. He is a former board member and is actively involved in JUF. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
