Ryan Stoller is a Managing Partner and Head of Developments at Venture One. He also is a member of Venture One’s Investment Committee.

Ryan is responsible for leading his team in all sourcing, entitlement and construction activities for new developments. Since joining Venture One in 2015, Ryan has led the development of over 14 million square feet of industrial real estate in the greater Chicago and New York / New Jersey area, representing over $2 billion in value.

Prior to being a Principal at Venture One, Ryan served as Senior Vice President of Investments at KTR Capital Partners and was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR in the Midwest. During his 8-year tenure at KTR, Ryan and his team acquired and developed over 70 million square feet of industrial real estate.

Ryan began his real estate career at First Industrial Realty Trust and the Trammell Crow Company after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Consulting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
